Andrea is the Project Co-ordinator for the Humber Cluster Plan.
The aim of the Humber Cluster Plan is to develop a roadmap to illustrate how the Humber Industrial Cluster, the UK’s largest emitting industrial cluster, can reach Net Zero by 2040.
Having graduated in Law, Andrea manages the contracts for the HICP and is considered the project’s ‘conscience’ ensuring that governance of the project is adhered to, whilst supporting the HICP Manager to ensure effective delivery of the HICP project, working with HEY LEP, CATCH and the 8 private sector partners to collate accurate and timely information for the funding body UKRI as part of the Industrial Decarbonisation Challenge Fund.
Prior to joining the HICP, Andrea was the Executive Officer to the Chair, Lord Haskins and CEO, Kishor Tailor of Humber LEP. She has worked in the renewables sector in a variety of roles since 2007, in both the public and private sector, and is passionate about global decarbonisation, renewable energies and looking after the planet for future generations.
