HEY LEP
Carl is the Workforce Development Business Advisor, responsible for developing, establishing, managing and monitoring the workforce development aspect of delivery.
His objective as part of the HEY LEP’s, Employment and Skills Team is to help to identify opportunities to effectively communicate the apprenticeship offer with external partners and training providers to ensure that business are directed to an offer that is most appropriate to them.
Carl leads on managing apprenticeships, industrial placements enquiries, developing and promoting service activities and increasing the awareness of apprenticeships across the HEY LEP region. The key focus within his role is to engage with employers to promote the benefits of employing apprentices across small, medium (SMEs) organisations to support their workforce development and business growth plans.
