HEY LEP
Harry works to develop projects and secure funding for net zero activities across sectors, working closely with the climate change teams of Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire Councils. As our local link to the North East and Yorkshire Net Zero Hub, Harry connects our activities to those across the region to draw upon best practice and enable cross geography carbon reduction activity.
Prior to his role at the HEY LEP, Harry was the climate change lead at Scarborough Borough Council and at North Yorkshire Council, where he led on a range of net zero activities including deployment of public electric vehicle chargepoints and large-scale private sector energy efficiency works.
