Kirsty’s role within Trident is to work in a global context and lead the Talent Agenda throughout the organisation. She develops and implements processes and methods that will ensure we have the right people in the right place and at the right time. Responsible for regional strategies with global alignment for attracting, recruiting and developing people that live the culture and values, that enable Trident to grow and achieve its business strategy. She also has responsibility for developing, leading and facilitating different leadership and competence development processes and initiatives; as well as securing systematic and successful recruitment and succession planning.
Prior to Trident she worked within the education sector for 22 years as a teacher, tutor and within management. Specifically, in operational management, change management, stakeholder and employer engagement, and organisational design and development. With extensive experience in developing large teams through continuous professional development and maximising of staff utilisation and skill set.
