This project will deliver a newly constructed low carbon 15,000ft² (1,394m²) factory unit. This would be the first building to be constructed on this site, and help to establish the site as a potential base for advanced engineering and manufacturing companies.

 

The project will deliver a 15,000ft² (1,394m²) light industrial unit, designed for an advanced engineering manufacturing business.  The unit will be a mix of office, research and development, manufacturing and distribution space and be suitable for a range of business uses in the long term.

Location

The project activities will be carried out at the Stallingborough Enterprise Zone site, the largest of the Enterprise zones located in North East Lincolnshire and part of the South Humber Industrial Investment Programme (SHIIP). The site is close to Immingham Docks and has direct access to the A180, and the Council have invested £23m into the project to bring the scheme forward through land acquisitions, mitigation sites and infrastructure to give access to the land which will commence early 2019.
