A Regional Growth Fund programme to provide funding to businesses in the Humber region and to inward investors to support business growth and diversification which results in new job creation.
The programme was split into two strands as follows:

Strand 1 supported the growth of the offshore wind and renewable energy supply chain on the South Bank, mirroring the existing North Bank programme, through development of key infrastructure, grants and other support for businesses, and improving local skills
Strand 2 supported growth in other Humber priority sectors, through the management of an investment grants fund to enable business growth and investment, R&D and wage subsidies and training.
