Humber LEP Newsletter - November 2018
In this month’s update from the Humber LEP, we include a press release regarding a major project to enhance our region’s rail infrastructure.
The £15m upgrade will enhance the competitiveness of our Humber ports and will see the line cleared to the largest W12 gauge, with structures along the route realigned or rebuilt to make space.
Elsewhere, we include news from the Yorkshire Post as our Small Business Champion, Jo Smedley writes a column assessing the support that our Business Growth Hub can offer local SMEs.
Other news updates include the announcement of the project at Princes Quay Bridge as work across the A63 gets underway, as well as a series of events that focus on Brexit, supporting our regional skills output and an apprenticeship event for employers.
