As the Business Development Manager Phil leads on attracting and securing Inward Investment into the Humber area as well as providing ongoing business support to an ever growing portfolio of large scale companies. Before joining the LEP Phil managed the Economic Development team in North East Lincolnshire. Phil is a dedicated professional with over 25 years’ experience in developing and applying economic development initiatives in the Humber area coupled with hands on experience in securing and supporting investment into the UK. Adding a further string to his bow Phil recently qualified as Certified Quantitative Risk Manager. Married with two grown up children Phil is passionate about the area and maximising the economic opportunities on its door step.
