Nikki has worked in the world of recruitment covering the Humber region for over 13 years. First as a senior manger in a large corporate recruitment business covering Grimsby, Hull and Leeds, and then more recently a smaller Hull based agency.
After a period as a Talent and Acquisition & People Manager at VictoriaPlum.com she is now the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at the fintech company, Ocean Finance.
Locally born and a farmer’s daughter, she is mum of two children (one who plays for Grimsby Town Football Club Academy), works full time and is a part time qualified ashtanga yoga instructor.
