An extensive career in employability, training and careers guidance sectors since 1991 including running my own company for 10 years delivering health and safety qualifications.
My passion for advocating careers guidance for adults emerged from my training roots. The value guidance offers to ensure realistic decisions are made is clear.
Roll on through the years I qualified as a Careers Adviser, working in partnership with DWP and Government funded programmes. I have led a variety of learning/community based contracts including the service now known as the National Careers Service. I currently manage this across Hull/East Riding, North Yorkshire, NE/N Lincs areas.
