The LEP is looking to engage via one proposal which can be managed by a named partner who will receive the funding allocation and lead of elements of delivery of the programme. The partnership may be delivered using a hub and spoke model for example or an alternative approach. The LEP is looking for a pan Humber scheme that will be delivered in full by March 2021.
The opportunity to bid for this work will be launched in December 2018 with a closing date of around 4 weeks for the initial Expression of Interest (EOI). The process will then follow the LEP’s project decision making process as outlined in the Assurance Framework.
This meeting is designed to drive thinking behind the call to ensure the commissioned project is effective and appropriate to economic growth.

- What capital resources would benefit/support training delivery?
- Is there appetite in the room to develop a response to the call within the timescales indicated?
