Ian recently retired as Director of Corporate Banking, Humber and North Yorkshire at RBS. Ian has held a wide variety of roles across the banking sector over the years, including Personnel, Training, running Staff and Graduate recruitment assessment centres, as well as the more traditional Administration and Customer focussed positions, including 15 years as a Commercial and Corporate Relationship Manager.
Since leaving the bank he has formed Adair Business Consultancy Ltd and is involved in an advisory capacity on a transformation programme to a large high street bank.
