Mark is currently the Social Value and Partnerships Manager for the Hull Citywide Developer Partnership a consortium of 4 contracting partners working in collaboration with Hull City Council. Mark has developed a long-term CSR strategy for the partners and is working with local organisations to ensure that the region and local resident’s benefits from large scale developer investments.
Mark has previously worked in Local Government delivering a range of employment pathway programs and regeneration projects before leaving to set up his own skills consultancy. During this time Mark built up an experienced team of professionals within the business, developing and delivering programs to many national blue-chip companies.
Mark was part of the Cornerstone pilot in Doncaster and now chairs the Hull and East Yorkshire Cornerstone group and is also an Enterprise Advisor.
An Experienced CSR/ Social Value professional and fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability. Mark has worked with a range of national working groups in developing new social value frameworks/ systems and is currently a member of an international Social Value research group headed up by Social Value International.
