During the event you will find out about emerging skills gaps, future skills needs and what is required to help the region to adapt to future labour market changes. This will help colleges, universities and other providers deliver the skills required by employers, now and in the future.
We will also be seeking views of stakeholders on the analysis undertaken to make sure it fully reflects the Humber’s position and this will contribute to the refresh of the Humber LEP’s refresh of the Employment and Skills Strategy. Lauren Newby and Stephen Rosevear from Hatch Regeneris were commissioned to undertake this analysis and will be presenting their findings at the event.
