The Hull and East Yorkshire Careers Hub is holding a schools and colleges summer conference to explore and celebrate the commitment to careers education in the region.
The conference will be held on Wednesday 28 June (8.30am – 12 noon) at the MKM Stadium in Hull (HU3 6HU).
The agenda includes a presentation from Baroness Nicky Morgan, the Chair of the Careers and Enterprise Company, as well as other key note speakers. Topics will include the use of student voice in careers planning, the role of careers in the economic regeneration of the region, apprenticeships and technical education in the region and guests will hear from an employer about how they see careers education as vital to their future success.
