Hull’s Housing-led Renewal Programme is well established and incorporates many private and community sector and registered provider partners, which ensures that it is best placed to deliver 924 units of quality housing through new build, tackling empties properties and neighbourhood renewal interventions.
The project aims to increase investment in the housing sector in the City of Hull through the Council’s and Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) capital funding combined with significant private sector investment secured through our strategic partnerships with developers and housing providers. This will result in 1,398 construction jobs and 88 apprenticeships over the next three years alone.
