The Employment and Skills Board’s aim is to raise productivity in Hull and East Yorkshire by facilitating a fully functioning local labour market. It will do this by focussing on reducing the skills shortages and gaps in the region and supporting the delivery of key regeneration projects.
The Employment and Skills Board will also act as the Skills Advisory Panel for the HEY LEP area and is responsible for delivering the aims and objectives of the Local Skills Report.
